Get a tape measure and a partner to help for accuracy
BUST:
Measure around your chest across the fullest part of your bust. Be sure to keep the tape horizontal and flat against the skin to get the most accurate measurement.
UNDER BUST:
This measurement is taken beneath the bust, on your ribcage where your bra band sits. Tip, keep your arms at your sides for an accurate measurement.
WAIST:
This is typically the narrowest part of your torso, 1-2 inches above your belly button. Exhale fully and engage your core to get an accurate number.
HIPS:
Stand with your feet together. Measure horizontally around your hips at the fullest point. For most this measurement is not where your hip bones are located, but lower and around the bum. Wherever you get the largest measurement, that's the correct spot.
